1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 7 days / hours of placing it, before it is shipped, without any reason.

- Once your cancellation request is accepted, we will process the refund within 7 days.
- If the order has already been shipped, our standard returns policy (see section 2) will apply.
2. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- The goods must have been purchased within the last 2 days.
- The items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories, tags and documentation intact.
- Items that are custom-made, personalized, or perishable (flowers, seeds, etc.) are not eligible for return.
- Items that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
Non-returnable goods include, but are not limited to:
- Custom orders or personalized items
- Items which deteriorate rapidly or expire
- Items unsealed after delivery for hygiene or safety reasons
- Sale items (unless required by law)
How to Return an Item
- Please send the item(s) to:
[Return Address: Company Name, Street Address, City, State/Province, Postal Code, Country] - Shipping costs and risks for returning the goods are borne by you (the purchaser), unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to avoid loss or damage in transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 2 days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method or via a store credit, as per the original payment.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the returned item(s).
3. Refund Amounts
- If your return is accepted, the refund will be the purchase price of the goods minus any shipping or handling fees paid (unless otherwise stated).
- If more than one shipping method was available, we will refund the amount of the lowest-cost shipping option the merchant offered you for the original shipment.
- We may deduct a restocking fee of [5 percentage or 15 amount, if applicable] for certain items.
- Refunds may take additional days to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Exchanges
- We do not automatically replace items unless they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model/size/color, please follow the return process above and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items

- Description of the issue
- Photos of the faulty/damaged item
- We will review the case and may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on the circumstance.
